This year is the fiftieth anniversary of the landmark album “Kind Of Blue” by Miles Davis. While I don’t pretend to be a jazz expert, I certainly know what I like and this record has been one of my favorites for years now. Here is a live version of the opening track “So What”. It doesn’t get much better than this.

They just don’t make music like this anymore. As far as single musicians go, I don’t think anybody can top Miles Davis in my book.
