Berndsen: Some Damaged Heads
A couple of months ago we watched as MGMT terrified the living bejeesus out of a little kid; probably scarring him for life. Today I stumbled across not only a band I’d not heard of before, Berndsen, but also their strangely whacky and disturbing video for their single, “Supertime.”
It’s best if I don’t try to describe this mayhem. Just watch it and leave comments below with your thoughts. Are they as morbid as the video?
.
Seriously creative and actually quite a catchy tune, but who thinks to pull a car accident victim out of said car and attempt to resuscitate them by putting them on stilts and tossing them down a blood slip-n’-slide. I mean… really?

Disturbing video. No other way for me to describe it.

Thank you, Andrew. I am now scarred for life. Again.

That is pretty awesome, actually. I like the strange tone of it. But it is still oddly fun.

That was messed. It’s the only way I can describe it.

I’m digging this video and this song. The comparison to MGMT is very appropriate.

Yeah I like the song a lot too. I put a link in the article to their myspace page which unfortunately only has one other song and frankly (because it is myspace) is kind of a shitty site and messed up looking. If anyone researches and finds an official site or where I can get some more tracks, please let me know.

Clockwork Orange-ish popped in to mind, but I didn’t care much for the tune. Interesting video though.
